Location: 26-50 Brooklyn Queens Expy W, Woodside, NY 11377 ( Vibe Fitness – FKA BQE Fitness)
We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual with gym management, sales, and marketing experience. Join us and become part of something bigger than a workout; become part of a Vibe that transforms lives.
Job Overview: The General Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the gym, ensuring efficient management and exceptional customer experiences. The position will be the onsite point of contact for the entire facility.
Responsibilities:
  • Will oversee and manage all fitness center operations and take accountability of the equipment and staff.
  • Must be able to cultivate & retain guest relations by being present and connecting with our members.
  • Grow membership through community relations, networking, and business to business operations.
  • Ensure that all hired positions are properly complying with their job descriptions and upholding company standards.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales track record of excellence
  • Management experience of both people and processes (fitness & hospitality preferred)
  • Sales Experience – Minimum 2 years (fitness & hospitality preferred)
  • Leadership Qualities: ability to hire, delegate, and work alongside team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Personal passion for health and fitness
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition
  • Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience:
  • Gym/ Fitness Center General Manager : 2 years (Required)
