Application Process

We want your path to joining Vibe Fitness to be simple, transparent, and fair. Here’s what to expect from application to onboarding:

  1. Submit Application – Apply online with your resume and cover letter. Make sure to tell us why you want to be part of the Vibe!
  2. Resume Screening – Our hiring team reviews applications to identify candidates whose skills, experience, and energy match our team.
  3. 1st Interview (Zoom) – A virtual conversation to learn more about you, your experience, and how you’d contribute to the Vibe community.
  4. 2nd Interview (In-Person) – Meet the team, tour the facility, and get a feel for the culture firsthand.
  5. Hired & Onboarded – Welcome to the team! You’ll receive all the tools, training, and support you need to thrive and grow with us.
