Job Overview: As a Porter, you will be expected to fulfill all janitorial duties. This position requires a detail-oriented and hardworking inpidual who is committed to upholding cleanliness and maintaining the overall appearance of our facility. A friendly demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Janitorial Duties:
- Sweep, mop, and wash floors
- Clean stairs, locker rooms, and restrooms
- Vacuum and dust various areas
- Maintenance Tasks
- Remove trash and cardboard
- Blow parking lots and manage snow removal from sidewalks and parking lots
- Stock shelves and replace light bulbs and HVAC filters
- Member and Guest Relations:
- Maintain positive relationships with gym members and guests
Qualifications:
- 2 Years of Overnight Experience Required
- Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle physical tasks and work in varying conditions
