Next Gen

Vibe Next Gen program

Building Strong Athletes. Confident Leaders. Healthy Habits.

Next Gen is Vibe F.I.T.'s youth training program, designed to help teens develop strength, athleticism, confidence, and lifelong wellness habits in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

Led by experienced coaches, Next Gen combines athletic development, strength training, movement education, and mindset coaching to help young athletes and beginners alike build a strong foundation both inside and outside the gym.

Whether preparing for sports, improving overall fitness, or simply learning how to train properly, participants receive hands-on coaching designed to support long-term growth and success.

Build Your Blueprint

Book a free 30 min. consultation with one of our coaches to discuss your fitness goals and learn how personal training can help you. By booking a consultation, you will learn more about how we can create a personalized training plan for you that fits your needs and schedule. Whether it be 1-2 sessions per month, or once a week, our coaches will work with your schedule and needs to develop a plan toward your fitness goals.

FREE BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS

We offer a complimentary InBody scan evaluation and 30 min. personal training session to help position our members to achieve their fitness foals by understanding their body composition.
